CANCELLATION POLICY
• Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will be marked as a no-show and charged 50% of the service fee. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged 100% of the service price. • Last-minute reschedules (within 24 hours of your appointment time) are treated as a late cancellation and will be charged 50% of the service fee. • Same-day reschedules will be charged 100% of the service price. • Squeeze-in appointments require a deposit and are non-refundable. • Cancellation fees may only be applied toward a same-day or next-day rebook and do not carry over to future appointments. • Accepted payment methods include cash and credit cards.
